This symposium convenes ATLAS research teams from the Hong Kong cluster — comprising The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and The University of Hong Kong — together with Sun Yat-sen University, for in-depth discussions on the ATLAS experiment at CERN, one of the world’s largest particle detectors. Leveraging strong collaboration across universities in the Greater Bay Area, the event will showcase the latest advances in particle physics. Through the exchange of innovative research and enhanced academic collaboration, the symposium aims to foster new insights and drive progress across the field.
