The scope of this meeting is provide a regular forum to review together the planned BE-EA activities for the HI-ECN3 project (excluding SHiP magnets) as we move through (i) the TDR phase, (ii) prepare for the work linked to NA-CONS for execution in LS3 and (iii) prepare for the work at ECN3 post-LS3.

- Concerns / issues / budget / manpower / etc.
- Timeline: are BE-EA's activities on time for (i) TDR publication and (ii) LS3 and post-LS3 milestones?
