The list of topics for the WLCG Technical Roadmap was reviewed by the WLCG LHCC Referees in June. The goal for this TCB meeting is to define the process to flesh out each chapter. 

We would like to identify two or three people who can drive the process for each chapter to write down the community’s milestones and set a goal date to have them in draft form.
