Dear Colleagues,

Following the outcome of this Monday morning meeting (17 March 2025) and the checks done on site on the afternoon, I invite you for a conclusive meeting.

 As discussed, this meeting aims at:

• Having a final and formal validation by MSC and CRG representative of the assembly compliance of the internal lines and of the gimbal on the three IT String jumpers.
• CRG will support the validation by providing a summary table of the measures taken confirming that the assembly is compliant.
• CRG will report and explain on any deviation (if any) that occurred after the last request of changes files in at the specific meeting on 19^th of February (additional adapting flange for the gimbal and adjustment of length of the internal lines). Reference of the request is attached.
