Dear member of the IPPOG forum,

The Collaboration Board adopted, in its 25th and 26th meetings, the following 3  articles :

1. Define as IPPOG authors members of the Forum and Core Team.
2. Implement, once per year, an indico registration process to update the IPPOG Author list that will be used, the following year, for conference talks and proceedings.
3. For any other type of publication prepared on behalf of the collaboration, drafts circulation will be organised and the possibility to jump out of the author list offered. In that case, a specific list will be prepared.

We are now in the process of implementing this strategy. As member of the Forum, you are kindly invited to declare your will to become an IPPOG author and provide the affiliation that will be used in the list.    

Please note that the registration will stay open until 15/06/2024 only. The resulting list will be prepared and used for 2024 summer conferences.
