Dear Colleagues,

Following our previous meeting held on 10 January 2025, we would like to invite you to a follow-up session aimed at finalizing the requirements and readiness of the clearance measures and IP2X protections for the warm powering equipment installed on the IT String.

As a reminder, the equipment concerned includes:

• The top parts of the power converters and CDBs (SY-EPC/WP6b)

• The top parts of the energy extraction systems (TE-MPE/WP7)

• The water-cooled bus bars (SY-EPC/WP6b)

• The DFHX current leads (TE-MSC/WP6a)

The goal of this meeting is to:

• Reiterate the safety and operational requirements related to accessibility

• Review and discuss the technical proposals from each equipment owner

We kindly ask all concerned groups to prepare and upload the relevant documentation to Indico ahead of the meeting.
