PCB Manufacturing: The Micro-Pattern Technologies (MPT) service focuses on the production of radiation detector parts and PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) for CERN users and external customers. The MPT service is also involved in the full design and production of micro-pattern gaseous detectors such as GEM, Micromegas, THGEM, Bulk and others which are crucial for large scale detector experiments at CERN. Here you can see some of these components and the facilities used to produce them.

Assembly Workshop: The Electronics Production (EPR) team provides centralised services for CERN's electronics community, offering design services, prototype board assembly, and production of electronic circuit boards and modules. In the workshop, you can see the machines and processes used to produce modern electronics, from particle accelerator parts to personal computers.

Everybody is welcome. Closed shoes are required (flat or low heels).
