WAO series of international workshops facilitates fruitful discussions and collaborations on particle accelerator operations among specialists from major international accelerator institutes of colliders, light sources, neutron sources, neutrino facilities, medical accelerators, etc. WAO workshops started in 1996 in Newport News, US, hosted by JLab. Then later workshops were organized by institutes in Europe, America and Asia.
The next event, WAO2023, will happen at Tsukuba, Japan, in September 2023.
