Dear colleagues,

As discussed by phone with Hugues, time has come to check the readiness of the first CDBs and associated components as well as the installation sequence and procedures in UR15.

I would like to invite you to a technical meeting to go though this non exhaustive list of points:

• List of CDB’s and associated components (control racks , supporting beams, metallic structure for the WCBB,….) that you plan to install
• Expected method of transport and final positioning and list of contributors (EN-HE?)
• Availability of tooling for installation
• Provisional activities schedule
• Required finalization of associated works (WCC, EL and CV connectivity)
• …….

Feel free to add any point you consider relevant for this first installation and feel free to share the invitation to concerned colleagues.
