Follow-up meeting Friday 26^th September at 16:00 CEST. This will be an opportunity to review the changes of each sub-system. This meeting will focus on technology versioning. Please prepare a statement on the parameter status of your sub-system.
You are welcome to upload material.

 

Unlike last year, there will only be a overview table for each system, to have a shorter report. However we will also have an appendix where we can put information that you find useful to share with the community.

As this meeting is a week later than I intended, the previous deadlines have also been adjusted. So Beam Dynamics should prepare their baseline by 19^th September, and Technologies have two additional weeks to respond accordingly by the 3^rd October.
