The Period 2 Review Meeting is meant for RADNEXT WP Leaders and their representatives to provide an overview of the work performed in each work package during the second period of the project (1st of December 2022 to 31st of May 2024). The meeting follows the submission of the Period 2 technical and financial report to EU services. The RADNEXT Project Officer, the selected reviewer, the RADNEXT Project Leader as well as all WP Leaders or WP Leaders' representatives are expected to attend this virtual meeting.

Each presentation should ideally contain the following items:

• The outlook of the WP in P2
• The progress on the deliverables and milestones in P2 and whether they have been reached on time
• If applicable, a summary of potential delays and how you plan to tackle them
• If applicable, a report on whether critical risks have been materialised and how the situation has been handled
• The identification of new risks that should be taken into account with regard to the successful implementation of the project
• Any other relevant business you deem relevant mentioning
