We will hold the first FoCal assembly workshop in Tsukukba, Japan for  from June 17 - 23, 2025, at University of Tsukuba, Japan. The following topics will be covered at this workshop. 

• FoCal detector assembly
• FoCal machanics and cooling
• FoCal mass production
• FoCal readout and trigger (espacially on HGCROCv3 and trigger)

This workshop will be held in-person, but some sessions will be also held in a hybrid mode.
