This form is for the Career Explorer Exchange, which, following the success of last summer's pilot for computing engineering Graduates, is now being expanded to include participants across all fields. The programme is open to Graduates, Fellows, Technical, and Administrative Students. Its goal is to provide insights into different fields at CERN, offer a chance to see how other teams operate, foster new skills, and build meaningful connections with colleagues across different teams,
How does it work?
By joining, you commit to:
- Hosting another participant for up to 4 hours (between 28 February and 28 March).
- Shadowing another colleague for up to 4 hours (within the same period).
The programme is built on reciprocity and follows these three simple steps:

Obtain approval from your supervisor to participate, then complete and submit this registration form.

Be hosted by another colleague: Spend 4 hours exploring their work and gaining insight into a different CERN reality.

Host a colleague in your team: Welcome them for 4 hours and share how your team operates.
After registration, the HR PXE team will match participants and send detailed instructions.
