This is the registration form for the first Career Explorer Exchange. This first edition is targeting the 120 Computing Engineers who joined one of the Graduate Programs since 2023. The idea is to give an opportunity to Graduates at CERN to learn how Computing Engineering works in a different team setting; develop new skills and to build meaningful relationships with colleagues outside of your own group.

Your main commitment here is to host one Computing Engineering Graduate (for max 4 hours between 24 June and 26 July) and join one other Computing Engineering Graduate (for max 4 hours between 24 June and 26 July).

The program is based on reciprocity - so if you are joining the Career Explorer Exchange, then there will be three steps:

1. You check with your supervisor if it is okay that you participate. Then you submit the registration form.

2. You will be hosted by a different colleague (for 4 hours) and you learn about a different CERN reality.

3. A different colleague will be hosted in your team (for 4 hours) to learn how your team operates.
